Who am I buying from?
Every item is sold by a shop in Kohinoor City, Faisalabad. The shop’s name, plaza, floor and shop number are shown on the product page and in your cart.
My cart has items from more than one shop. What happens?
You pay once. Each shop prepares its own items, so at checkout you choose delivery or pickup separately for each shop. Your order is split into one part per shop, and you can follow each part under My account → Orders. Items from different shops may arrive or be ready at different times.
How do I track my order?
